ROASTED APPLES W/ BLOOD ORANGE & FRESH HERBS

Directions

Let's Start Choppin'

  1. Core apples and cut into small cubes
  2. Juice the blood orange and slice remainder into  6 slices
  3. Remove leaves from the thyme sprigs

Let's Start Cookin'

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat
  3. Place ghee, orange juice soaked apple, orange slices and thyme onto lined baking sheet
  4. Sprinkle with brown sugar
  5. Bake for 35 minutes

Let's Plate

  1. Transfer to a serving dish and top with fresh thyme leaves

1 tbsp       dark brown sugar
