ROASTED APPLES W/ BLOOD ORANGE & FRESH HERBS

Let's Start Choppin'
- Core apples and cut into small cubes
- Juice the blood orange and slice remainder into 6 slices
- Remove leaves from the thyme sprigs
Let's Start Cookin'
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat
- Place ghee, orange juice soaked apple, orange slices and thyme onto lined baking sheet
- Sprinkle with brown sugar
- Bake for 35 minutes
Let's Plate
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with fresh thyme leaves

1 tbsp dark brown sugar
Fresh thyme sprigs
